John S. Rusch (Associate) born Stevens Point, Wisconsin, 1970; admitted to bar, 1997, South Dakota; 1998, Iowa and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa. After attending the University of South Dakota School of Law where Mr. Rusch was awarded Order of Barristers, he worked in civil litigation in Sioux City, IA, was thereafter a prosecutor in Sioux City and Milwaukee. Where he tried hundreds of cases for the prosecution. Upon arriving at Rensch Law his practice has involved trials, mediations, appeals, and a busy family law practice, as well as intensive defense and representation of persons charged with crimes during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Mr. Rusch is a license airplane pilot and also practices aviation law and related matters.
