(Main Office) Founded as a father and son general local practice law firm prior to 1900, the present successor professional association dates from July 1, 1971, when the firms of Butler, Chapman & Morgan merged with Means, Evins, Browne & Hamilton. Expansion into specialized areas of law brought representation of clients in Greenville, Union and Cherokee Counties and before state and federal agencies in Columbia from the office of the firm in Spartanburg.
