Education: College of Charleston (B.A., Political Science, 1996); University of South Carolina (J.D., 2000). Attorney Nathan Hughey graduated from the College of Charleston in 1996. He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2000. He joined the Hood Law Firm of Charleston that same year. He later became a partner at the Hood Law Firm. Mr. Hughey then joined the Lourie Law Firm in late 2006, where he secured numerous victories for his clients. Mr. Hughey opened the Hughey Law Firm in 2007 to focus his efforts on civil litigation and has continued to obtain results for his clients, with in excess of $8,000,000.00 in verdicts and settlements obtained in the past two years.
