In 1992, David Tedder narrowed his practice to governmental, transactional and land development/conservation matters. David L. Tedder PA has provided quality service in these and related areas through out the Coastal counties of South Carolina, and has consulted with local governments in Georgia concerning land use matters. He has served as city attorney since 1999 for a rapidly-growing city on the I-95 corridor, as well as providing as-needed consulting services to other local governments. Through the use of an extensive network built up over they years of outside attorneys who have particularized knowledge and practices, potential clients have access to the same level of service as provided by many large firms without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest-sized staff.
