The firm's practice is divided among five general practice groups: Energy Law including a statewide oil and gas law practice, representation of a rural electrical cooperative and a growing alternative energy clientele. Small Business Representation including entity formation, maintenance and dissolution, transactional work, assistance with international trade and corporate planning and development. Personal Representation including estate and wealth management planning, probate and non-probate wealth succession management, guardianships, elder law and immigration services. Dispute Resolution including litigation in all state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation. In addition to business litigation, the firm's litigation practice group provides personal injury representation to seriously injured persons arising from general accidents, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall, etc. Local Government Law including representation of more than twenty municipalities and public authorities.
