In the area of creditors' rights and bankruptcy, members of the Firm have represented financial institutions in matters of national and local significance. Also, Weir & Partners has substantial expertise in representing commercial debtors, creditors committees, purchasers and litigants in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.
