For most people, Gary is the perfect attorney. In meetings with you, he feels like a best friend, confidant, and wise counsel. In court or in negotiations, he's smart, insightful, tenacious and relentless. On two occasions I've seen opposing counsel shaking visibly after being addressed (or dressed down) by Gary. He's gotten two great settlements for me. He cares about his clients and their causes, as much or more than he cares for billing. A rare condition among attorneys. The Best.

Sidkoff, Pincus, & Green, P.C. advised me on several legal matters including litigation against an individual who defrauded me. I found their counsel to be very effective in resolving this criminal case. They are tenacious and persistent in getting results that benefit their clients. Members of the firm are very professional and experienced. I highly recommend them.

Gary Green is not afraid to take on a difficult, complex case. After he listens to you and if your case has merit he seeks to find "justice" in your matter. A bulldog when needed but a warm and compassionate person at heart. Thanks for helping me.

Working in the real estate world, my company deals with a myriad of different legal issues, from lease transactions, contract negotiations, litigation, etc... That being said, having a boutique firm well versed in a host of legal matters, such as SP&G, is hugely important to us. Gary Green and the rest of his team have an uncanny ability to explain legal matters and practical solutions in an easy to understand manner.

Gary Green is not only an excellent and knowledgeable lawyer, he is also very wise counsel. He was able to listen, synthesize, and simplify any problems and issues that I had, coming up with a brilliant and simple strategy to properly deal with the whole situation. And he did this with a caring and empathetic nature.
In addition, all of my dealings with other members of the firm have been very satisfactory.
I have recommended Gary and his firm to colleagues of mine, and will continue to do so.

I can only give the highest praise for this law firm and their staff. The professional service I have received in the 3 years of working with them on my case has exceeded my expectations. They have supported me with all the complex issues in my case and have always given me hope about the results. Without their experience and knowledge, my case would have gone nowhere. I can't thank them enough!!!

Sidkoff, Pincus & Green is a wonderful law firm. They fight for you, for as long as it takes, and never give up. As a smaller firm they are great at keeping you informed about what they are doing, and how things are going. Unlike others firms you will never have a problem getting in contact with your attorney when you need to or just when you have a question. I have been using the firm for years. I would highly recommend their services.

This firm is very different from the many other firms I have dealt with. They give incredible focus to your individual case; they have deep experience and understanding in all aspects of business law, a real commitment to the individual client and finally willingness to do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
We have been involved in a major business contract breach case for over two years. We have been in court and many depositions against the biggest firms in the region.

SPG has been my business and personal law firm for 30 years.
During this time whenever I have required clear, no punches pulled, common sense legal guidance or a quality defense team I have used SPG. This firm has been a key ingredient in our enterprise success as much as any other factor--they are an absolutely vital part of our Business.
They bring value, clarity and toughness to the table when we most need it!

About Client Rating
About Peer Rating

Welcome to Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review, a new ratings service that allows you to view and provide feedback on a lawyer or law firm on service and relationship qualities such as Communication Ability, Responsiveness, Quality of Service, and Value for Money.

Determining a Rating

The Client Review Rating is determined through aggregation of validated responses. This compilation of Client Reviews translates to a numerical rating and associate descriptive term on a scale of 1 -5. 1 being lowest as "Rated" and 5 being highest as "Preeminent".

  • 4.5-5.0 Preeminent
  • 3.0-4.4 Distinguished
  • 1-2.9 Rated

Martindale-Hubbell uses a third-party resource to validate that the respondent is a living person, but cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship, which in many cases is confidential. Clients must affirm that they are a client of the lawyer or firm identified for review at the time of the completed Client Review.

The Reviewers

Those who complete Client Reviews are clients of law firms who hired a lawyer within the last year, whose matter is not pending, and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be of any type from in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners to private individuals, and even sometimes another lawyer in a different jurisdiction.

Anonymity

Client Reviews are anonymous and reviewers' identities are not published; however a summary of basic demographics will be part of the display of responses.

Why do we collect demographics as part of the review?

Those who are researching a lawyer or law firm like to see that there are other clients who might be "like them". This is valuable information contributing to the decision-making process of hiring a lawyer.

Martindale-Hubbell's role

Martindale-Hubbell facilitates the process of Client Review by gathering responses, validating them and aggregating results for display online. The content of the responses are entirely from reviewers, the clients of the firm or lawyer.

It is important to note that Martindale-Hubbell does not undertake to develop Client Reviews for all firms and lawyers. Therefore, the fact that a firm or lawyer has not been reviewed should not be construed unfavorably. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review over which Martindale-Hubbell exercises no editorial review or control.
