In 2003, Mark appeared before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to argue one of the most significant workmen's compensation cases the state has seen in recent years. He is also a sought-after lecturer and speaker who has presented for the Pennsylvania and Delaware County bar associations and several unions, among other institutions.Vasil L. Kirifides is a founding member of Schmidt, Kirifides, Pearson, Koutcher & Fridkin. In 2005, Vasil secured two of the largest workmen's compensation settlements reached in Pennsylvania during the last decade. Combined, the settlements totaled nearly $1.2 million.Eric B. A skilled trial lawyer who now focuses his practice on Workers' Compensation matters, Jonathan's past experience includes litigating a variety of personal injury cases, such as motor vehicle accidents and premises liability disputes. Before joining the firm, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey.Mark S. Fridkin has been handling serious personal injury cases on behalf of his clients for nearly 35 years. In 1992, he appeared before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to argue one of the most significant medical malpractice evidence ruling in Pennsylvania called Jones v. Chidester.
