The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against more than 140 individuals, organizations, corporations and countries which support terrorists and terrorist organizations. Mellon Webster & Shelly's shareholders include a former Assistant United States Attorney who served as Chief of the Criminal and Narcotics Division for the U.S. Department of Justice in Philadelphia, two Past Presidents of the Bucks County Bar Association, a former President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
