In the recent past negotiated various finance facilities of approximately Pakistani Rupees 25 Billion (from a consortium of local banks) for The Hub Power Company Limited.

· Advisor to Pakistan National Shipping Corporation for procuring finance facilities of Rupees 10 Billion (from a syndicate of local banks) for acquisition of five dry cargo vessels including cross currency swap.

· Advisor to Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, acting as manager to the public offer, for acquisition of shares of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited and ICI Pakistan Limited pursuant to the Listed Companies Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Ordinance 2002.

· Advisor to Omni Aviation Pvt. Limited for the purchase of Hawker Aircraft from a Danish company in bankruptcy

· Advisor to various companies producing power and/or developing renewable energy projects (including wind and solar projects)
