Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I hired Maurice Cassidy in our small town to represent me in my divorce case. I want to share my opinion of Maurice Cassidy's work in the following: Multiple times Maurice has tried to trick me out of my money. In May of 2022, Maurice highly pressured me to take a deal and made it clear that if I did not take the deal then I would be forced to go to trial. I consulted with my insurance agent. My insurance agent noticed that Maurice was using money years into the future as the same value as money today and was using this against me. My insurance agent put a letter together to explain the time value of money. In July of 2022, I showed my letter that was prepared by my car insurance agent to the judge. The judge immediately threw out the proposal and Maurice Cassidy admitted that day that “it looks like my client knows about the time value of money” so it looks like this won’t work.
