Neal has helped us while we navigate a bad situation with a builder. He has educated us on the law - how it is favorable to our case or not and what risks/rewards exist in several scenarios we can pursue. Mr. Roth is a highly experienced lawyer who displays a high degree of professionalism. His vast knowledge of the law allows this lawyer to bring forth a case based on academics and strategic planning, rather than simply relying on the usual " bullying" tactics that lesser qualified lawyers employ. At every stage of the litigation, every judge that he encountered, always thanked Mr. Roth for his clarity of thought, his well founded arguments and his detailed written submissions.

Mr. Roth’s. Work ethic is top notch. He always makes sure your are well informed of your rights and law. He is honest (yes an honest lawyer) he will tell you as it is even if it’s not what you want to hear. I’ve been working with him for more than 5 years and would definitely recommend his services.
