Philip J. Eller (Senior Partner) born Tulsa, Oklahoma, November 7, 1950; admitted to bar, 1976, Oklahoma, U.S. District Court, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Education: University of Tulsa (B.S.B.A., 1973; J.D., 1976). Mr. Eller was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from the University of Tulsa (B.S.B.A., 1973; J.D., 1976), he was admitted to the Bar in 1976.
