Mr. Udell also practices in the areas of business succession planning, estate planning, and tax litigation. He has experience with all aspects of legislative and administrative practice before the IRS, the United States Tax Court as well as numerous state and local entities. Mr. Udell is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Michigan.
