Founded in 1943 the law firm of Shindler, Neff, Holmes, Schlageter & Mohler, L.L.P. is a full service law firm with a regional client base in Ohio, Michigan and Florida. The firm acts as general counsel and tax counsel to numerous manufacturing, distribution, medical care providers, governmental entities and closely held businesses. The firm's practice groups have extensive experience and high professional standards in the following areas:BUSINESS ENTITIES. Our business practice group can service corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, including non-profit organizations and foundations, from formations to complex mergers and acquisitions. Correspondingly, we provide full service in bankruptcy and creditors rights for which one of our partners serves as a United States Bankruptcy Trustee. TAXATION. We have tax experience in all areas relating to business entities, employment, individuals and estate planning. The firm has two partners who are former agents for the Internal Revenue Service and two partners who are certified public accountants providing extensive experience in tax audits and litigation before the United States Tax Court.BANKRUPTCY.
