Our business practice group can service corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, including non-profit organizations and foundations, from formations to complex mergers and acquisitions. Correspondingly, we provide full service in bankruptcy and creditors rights for which one of our partners serves as a United States Bankruptcy Trustee.

TAXATION. We have tax experience in all areas relating to business entities, employment, individuals and estate planning. The firm has two partners who are former agents for the Internal Revenue Service and two partners who are certified public accountants providing extensive experience in tax audits and litigation before the United States Tax Court.

BANKRUPTCY. Our firm provides comprehensive services in all the areas of bankruptcy practice including bankruptcy litigation, motions and adversaries, creditor and debtor representation, chapter 11 committee representation and trustee representation.

PROBATE AND ESTATE PLANNING. We offer a broad and in depth level of service and experience in all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfers, trusts, taxation and probate and estate administration for the preservation of assets.

LITIGATION AND APPELLATE PRACTICE. Our litigation group has broad experience in the federal district courts in this region and the state courts of Ohio and Michigan, including all levels of appeal. We utilize the most technologically advanced research and litigation tools to ensure the best possible representation of our clients. In this connection, we have a great depth of experience in personal injury and wrongful death claims.

REAL ESTATE. Our real estate practice group is experienced in acquisitions, financing, zoning, foreclosures, workouts, condominium developments, REITS, landlord/tenant matters, construction contracting and all related areas.

LABOR RELATIONS. Our attorneys are proficient in employment related matters such as collective bargaining, employee hiring, retention and dismissal, provision of benefits and compliance issues. Skilled in the area of labor negotiations we can provide aggressive representation in collective bargaining, NLRB matters, OSHA regulations, employment discrimination, wrongful termination and workers compensation issues.

FAMILY LAW. We offer services in adoption, dissolution, divorce, legal separation, annulment and ante-nuptial agreements, juvenile abuse and neglect, providing zealous but compassionate representation to promote the welfare of our clients and their children.
