The firm president, Mr. Miller, is an accomplished trial lawyer, having started his career with five years of service as an assistant county prosecuting attorney within the Franklin County prosecutor's office. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, he has been named as an Ohio "Super Lawyer Rising Star" in 2005, 2006, and 2007, and he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He holds memberships in the Columbus Bar Association, Central Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice and American Association for Justice.
Mr. Miller is engaged within his profession having, among other commitments, served in various capacities for the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. The relationships he has fostered through these organizations help to better serve each of his clients. Such clients typically are individuals seeking assistance as a result of being wronged or injured by a third party, but they also include small businesses and other organizations such as the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Baseball Club and the International Leagues of Professional Baseball Clubs for which Mr. Miller served as associate legal counsel from 1998 through 2005, and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
