Timothy A. Wilson ("Tim") has more than 25 years of experience handling real estate and bankruptcy matters. Prior to founding Wilson & Hernandez LLP with Jeffrey Hernandez, Tim was with the Los Angeles office of the law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge where he was part of the real estate practice group. Tim has served as the managing partner of the Cincinnati based law firm of Wilson, Nelson and Isaacs, where his practice was primarily commercial bankruptcy reorganizations, personal bankruptcies, civil and criminal litigation and representing real estate developers.
During his legal career, Tim has been involved in a number of complex multi-site real estate transactions while working for the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Some of the transactions Tim worked on were the acquisitions of the initial portfolio of Westin Hotels by Starwood, the real estate component of taking AMF Bowling Centers public, the partnership roll-up component of the sale of the Wright-Rundstadt's office building portfolio and construction financing of the Marriott Marquis Hotel located on Times Square in Manhattan, New York.
