The firm now has four attorneys and four support staff members. The three senior attorneys have extensive large firm backgrounds and experience and all of them worked previously in large downtown law firms learning the successful litigation and negotiation techniques they employ today to win cases and satisfy their client's needs. All of the firm's attorneys have achieved a very high level of professionalism and respect in the legal community.
The firm represents a broad base of clients. The attorneys are available to accept clients of any size from the small domestic relations case up to the large multi-million dollar litigation cases. The firm also has experience in both large and small litigation cases. Mr. Richards has represented large clients in negotiating and writing leases for large shopping centers and Malls as well as litigating large commercial damages cases both as plaintiff and defense counsel. Mr. Richards has also counseled large and small estate clients and has performed Trust and Estate planning work for many multi-million dollar estates as well.
