Reisenfeld started his practice in 1960 based on the principle of serving his community to the best of his ability. Almost 50 years later, his firm has grown to a one hundred plus person organization. Being a very experienced attorney and business owner, Mr. Reisenfeld has grown and shaped his company to be one of the leading foreclosure and bankruptcy firms in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana regions. He accomplished this by hard work, leadership, passion and dedication.
In the Cincinnati community, Mr. Reisenfeld is known as a commercial litigation specialist, having been involved in many contested jury and non-jury matters. Among the Cincinnati-area financial institutions, Mr. Reisenfeld is widely known as a workout specialist, dealing primarily as creditors' counsel in the areas of Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy litigation.
Most recently, in October 2008, Mr. Reisenfeld was recognized by the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Foundation as a Senior Counselor for being a distinguished member of the Cincinnati legal community for over 49 years.

Sallie A. Conyers (Lead Litigation Counsel) admitted to bar, 2002, State of Ohio 2003, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio 2007, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Education: Miami University, B.A., 1996 Salmon P. Chase College of Law, J.D., 2001. Ms. Conyers has over thirteen years of legal experience in Ohio, including several years as both a paralegal and a law clerk before completing her JD. She specializes in handling foreclosure litigation but has also practiced in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile custody, support and visitations, domestic violence litigation, estate planning, adoptions and collection procedures. Prior to joining Reisenfeld & Associates in 2003, Ms. Conyers served as an associate for Roetzel & Andress L.P.A. in Cincinnati. While there, Ms. Conyers handled employment litigation and workers' compensation claims on behalf of both major corporations and small businesses. Additionally, she defended clients against both personal injury and product liability proceedings. Ms. Conyers has also volunteered as an advocate for children who are victims of abusive family situations through the Butler County Parachute Program (CASA) in Butler County, Ohio. Daniel A. Cox (Lead Ohio Counsel) admitted to bar, 2003, Ohio; 2005, U.S District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Education: University of Cincinnati (B.S., Biology, 1999); The University of Pittsburgh College of Law (J.D., 2003). Daniel A. Cox joined Reisenfeld & Associates in November of 2003. Since then, Mr. Cox has concentrated on foreclosure, litigation and bankruptcy in the state of Ohio with an emphasis on Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Mr. Cox also has experience teaching continuing legal education courses on the aforementioned subjects.
Most recently, Mr. Cox has been appointed by the Ohio Federal Court to serve as a Special Master in foreclosure. This appointment requires Mr. Cox to act as an arm of the Federal Court to ensure a proper sale of the subject real property for foreclosure actions prosecuted in Federal Court. Carmer received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Law School in 1994, after receiving her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1989. She was admitted to the State Bar of Indiana in 1997. Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in March 2009, Ms. Carmer served as in-house counsel and examiner for an Indiana title insurance company, concentrating in foreclosure and REO (real estate owned) properties. Prior to that, Ms. Carmer was an associate attorney at a large creditors' rights firm in Indianapolis and then a small, general civil practice law office. Ms. Carmer also managed the Document Preparation Department of a Business Banking Loan Center for a three-state region (Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin) before beginning her legal career. Christina M. Prior to that, Mr. Howard was an associate attorney in charge of Indiana Foreclosure for Statman, Harris, & Eyrich, LLC in Ohio. Spaner received her Juris Doctor degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001, after receiving her Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of Findlay in 1995. In 1988, Ms. Spaner received her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University. Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in April 2009, Ms. Spaner served as associate attorney for Shapiro/Lembright & Felty specializing in bankruptcy cases. Prior to that, Ms. Spaner was an in-house counsel at FN Realty, an eighty-four unit apartment complex in Willowick, Ohio with an approximate worth of three million dollars. There, she acted as in-house counsel for all general legal matters including approximately ten to fifteen evictions and the implementation of new lease provisions. Mary Beth Keeling Stevenson specializes in complex creditor's rights litigation, lender liability litigation, title insurance defense, and business litigation.
Prior to joining Reisenfeld & Associates in 2006, Ms. Stevenson was an assistant legal writing instructor at the University Of Kentucky College Of Law. As an instructor, she worked with first year law students to develop their legal writing techniques, analytical abilities and reasoning from precedent.
Additionally, she applied her law degree through corporate practice with Gateway Press, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky. There, she assisted several departments with issues regarding public relations, workers compensation and employment law.
As a law student, she interned for the Honorable Joseph M. Hood, Chief Judge, Eastern District of Kentucky. This opportunity cultivated her ability to efficiently analyze and clearly write about complex legal issues. Prior to law school, Ms. Stevenson was a Sales and Marketing Associate for a Fortune 100 company which provided her an intimate knowledge of corporate practices and business acumen.
