Goodson & Company, Ltd. practices in the following areas of law:
Personal Injury, Insurance Law, Professional Negligence, Trials and Appeals, Wrongful Death and Products Liability.
Year Established: 1999
Firm Profile:
Goodson & Company, Ltd., Attorneys and Counsellors at Law, was established to provide high quality legal representation in a comfortable friendly atmosphere. We strive for a professional yet relaxed relationship with our clients. That means prompt response to telephone calls and letters as well as being available at any time to meet and discuss the case.

Brett Goodson and Stephanie Day are trial attorneys who have worked together for over five years representing clients in civil litigation. They have over 30 years of combined experience as trial attorneys. As of November 2005, attorney Alison De Villiers has joined our firm and is ready to assist clients. Goodson & Company vigorously represents mostly plaintiffs who have suffered an injury or death as a result of accidents, medical negligence or faulty products. The firm can handle most civil litigation.

While most of our practice is in Ohio, we are licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana and have handled many cases in both states.

The attorneys are supported by an excellent staff including paralegals Bridget Kellner and Cathy Oney, office manager Carolyn Stein and secretary Velma Hollenkamp. If the attorneys are not available, there is usually someone from our staff who can help you.
