I retained Mr. Enger and paid him to represent my interests in a divorce case involving my minor child. Since retaining his services, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with his representation and believe he has failed to adequately advocate on my behalf. One of my primary concerns is that I repeatedly requested that Mr. Enger file a motion regarding visitation and parenting time for my minor child. Despite my requests and the importance of maintaining a meaningful relationship with my child, he failed to take action on this issue in a timely manner. In my view, matters involving a minor child's visitation and well-being should have been treated as a priority. Additionally, Mr. Enger has consistently failed to answer my questions and respond to my concerns regarding my case.
Terrible. After trying to get things taken care of for almost 2yrs I'm switching lawyers. Only after their best interest and doesn't listen to the client at all. Very hard to get in touch with, sometimes taking several days to return calls.
Not worth the money. He came to court unprepared and charged massive fees for photo copies. A total waste of money hiring this guy. I fired him after the first day of court. Very unprofessional.
