Pelini, Campbell, Williams & Traub L.L.C. is comprised of five attorneys, three paralegals, and a full support staff. Ours is a litigation-centered insurance defense practice, devoted to providing aggressive, cost-effective, and skilled legal representation to our clients and their insureds throughout Northeastern Ohio. Our attorneys regularly practice in courts at all levels in the Fifth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh Appellate Districts of Ohio, and our attorneys have enjoyed substantive litigation experience in the counties of Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Guernsey, Holmes, Jefferson, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Muskingum, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne. Among the five attorneys who comprise the firm, our collective trial experience encompasses well over 150 jury trials, including more than 50 jury trials in the past seven years. We have tried cases before judges and juries throughout Northeastern Ohio, including Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Guernsey, Holmes, Jefferson, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Muskingum, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties. Our emphasis on preparation, skill, and experience, has enabled us to produce generally very favorable results for our clients in the trial arena.

Our firm also utilizes technology to deliver the highest level of quality services as efficiently as possible. We have implemented up-to-date technologies with respect to legal research, document preparation, file management and storage, communications, scheduling, billing, and security, so that we can provide high quality work in an efficient and reliable manner while also protecting our work product and the confidentiality of our clients. We regularly use all available computerized and on-line court systems in order to maintain current and dependable access to court dockets, filings, forms, and rules, in common pleas and federal district courts throughout Ohio.
