· Joined the Firm as an associate attorney in 1962, and was elected a partner in 1969.
· Mr. Lombardi's practice is focused on business and business litigation, unfair competition, bankruptcy, franchise, real estate, construction and computer law.
· Has been lead counsel in numerous cases of first impression under the law of Ohio in the areas of real estate, title, construction and partnerships, including The Wayne Building & Loan Co. v. Yarborough, 11 Ohio St. 2d 195 (1967); In Re: Freed, 534 F.2d. 1235 (6th Cir. 1976); Ott v. Lectromelt Casting Co., et al., C.A. Nos. 9293, 9295 (9th Jud. Dist. December 5, 1979); Richard v. Stahle, 70 Ohio App. 2d 93 (1980); Reiter Foods, Inc. v. State of Ohio, Common Pleas Court of Franklin County Case No. 80-CV-08-4631; Great Northern Savings v. Ingarra, 66 Ohio St. 2d 503 (1981); Fairway Development Company v. Title Insurance Company of Minnesota, 621 F. Supp. 120 (N.D. Ohio 1985); and Nagy v. DeLeone, 193 F. 2d 1292 (6th Cir. 1986).
