Mark A. La Mantia is the president and sole shareholder of La Mantia Law Offices, P.C. He has over 25 years of experience in the practice of law and is licensed in North Carolina, Illinois and Oregon (presently on inactive status). During his career he has been active in business, employment and franchise law and litigation, having representing numerous businesses and individual clients in a variety of matters in front of various federal and state courts throughout the country, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in administrative proceedings, and in matters involving government agencies and compliance.
