Harry Clendenin, who became a partner in 1975, specializes in representing claimants in workers compensation matters and in personal injury and wrongful death claims, and is former chair of the Workers Compensation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and also a certified mediator.

Andrew Clifford joined the firm in 2006 and practices in State Superior and District Court handling criminal felonies and misdemeanors, expunctions, juvenile cases, DWIs, traffic cases and defense of domestic violence protective orders.

The firm members have deep involvement in community affairs including Boy Scouts, church activities, Class A professional baseball ownership, coaching high school and youth baseball, and girls' soccer.
