Our firm has a general real estate and corporate practice. We represent commercial real estate developers, specializing in shopping center and retail property acquisition, development, financing and leasing, as well as other commercial and office leasing. We also represent corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in all aspects of their business dealings and advise them on structuring various commercial transactions. In addition, we represent investment advisers that are registered with the SEC and investment partnerships and make all necessary regulatory filings, develop and review compliance guidelines and counsel such clients on all aspects of their business matters. Our firm also advises clients on estate planning and handles probate and estate administration.
