A. 05-3619)- (pro hac vice) won first Class Action Certification against two County Prisons in New Jersey for blanket strip searching non-indictable arrestees during initial processing. Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of County of Burlington, 595 F.Supp.2d 492 (D.N.J. Feb 04, 2009) (NO. CIV.A.05-3619)- won first Summary Judgment against two County Prisons in New Jersey for violating the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments for blanket strip searching non-indictable arrestees. Miken v. Hind, Not Reported in A.2d, 2009 WL 1686728(N.J.Super.A.D.,2009- Won Appellate decision that (i) equitable distribution was never granted in a domestic partnership termination, (ii) inheritance is not subject to any split upon terminating a domestic partnership and (iii) irreconcilable differences can not be used to terminate a domestic partnership.
