Mr. Rabunski has served as a guardian ad litem in the Surrogate's Court in New York County, Bronx County, Kings County, Queens County, and Nassau County, as a Law Guardian in the Nassau County Family Court, and as a court evaluator in the Supreme Court of New York County.

He has extensive experience in real estate matters, with particular reference to the sale and purchase of single-family and multi-family properties, and condominiums and cooperatives.

He served as a member of the Board of Assessment Review in the Village of Larchmont and as an arbitrator and a hearing officer on small claims matters in the Civil Court of New York and Kings County.

He has been a member of the tax, estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation panels of the Legal Referral Service of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York since 1985.

Mr. Rabunski regularly lectures to attorneys and accountants on tax, probate, and estate matters. He has lectured on tax matters to the Rent Stabilization Association of New York City, and the Foundation for Accounting Education (the continuing education unit of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants), and also served as a part-time lecturer on S corporations and partnerships at the New York University School of Continuing Education in Law and Taxation.
