Robert E. Netter is a graduate of Siena College and the Albany Law School. He was admitted to practice in 1967. Mr. Netter served as a captain with the United States Army in Viet Nam and was a recipient of two Bronze Stars. Upon completion of his military service, he was appointed as Assistant United States Attorney and Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. He has served as delegate to the New York State Bar Association, House of Delegates and President of the Ulster County Bar Association. Area of concentration: Estates / Trusts
