in my opinion, my experience with Ms. Navins was that she was very unorganized and seemed to have too much of a workload. There were times where things could have been easily resolved with a phone call, instead there were emails sent back and forth that just led to inefficiencies and more hours/cost. In addition, in my opinion there were times where her responses were very adversarial and not professional. Lastly, there were times where there were email exchanges made and in my opinion, it felt that she was sending information that was incorrect and not the actual law. Overall, would never recommend using her.
