Eugene S. Ginsberg, in 1970, joined Wager and Ehrlich, one of the predecessor firms of Jaspan, Ginsberg, Schlesinger & Hoffman from which he retired in 1996. During that time, he represented labor organizations (including a major New York City newspaper union) and management clients before becoming neutral. He represented clients in business law and organization, real estate transactions and closings. In the public sector, he represented many school districts in the sale and leasing of their facilities. Presently, Mr. Ginsberg is an active arbitrator, mediator, hearing officer and fact finder in the private and public sectors. He acts as a court-appointed arbitrator, mediator, fact-finder, evaluator, referee and fiduciary.
