| Representative Clients | From the beginning of his legal career, Rudy observed that the majority of criminal cases involved young people who had gone astray. In representing them, he felt that it was not enough to merely resolve their legal difficulties, but to also lend a guiding hand in getting them onto a positive path in life. In the overwhelming majority of cases, positive results have been attained. Rudy enjoys a great sense of satisfaction seeing lives impacted for good.
NY Attorney serving churches, non-profit and charitable organizations
“We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give.” -Sir Winston Churchill

Attorney Rudolph F.X. Migliore is an active member of numerous faith-based groups in Suffolk and Nassau Counties and New York City. Migliore, P.C. to offer trusted legal advice and guidance that address the requirements of churches and non-profit organization and help them avoid legal pitfalls.
Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations
Non- profit community, charitable, veterans, retiree, youth, environmental, business and theatrical organizations provide a valuable service to the community and the quality of life that we all enjoy. We help these organizations with Incorporation, by-laws, legal regulations and compliance, real estate transactions, and provide guidance in conflicts that may arise. We help them so they may help others.
Many of these organizations cater to special needs, such as retirees, and veterans organizations. Very often a member needs help in sorting out health and insurance issues, transportation, shopping or just someone to keep them company. Veterans groups often have to deal with the needs of members that have sustained service related injuries or other difficulties that life has imposed upon them. It is important that all of these organizations have the legal assistance they need to help them function effectively and accomplish their mission.
The legal services Rudolph F. X. Migliore, P.C. offers churches and non-profit organizations include:
• Incorporation in accordance with Religious Corporation law
• Drafting by-laws
