(Main Office) The firm was formed in January, 1999 when a core group of seven of the most experienced attorneys at Hannoch Weisman, P.C., formerly the second largest firm in New Jersey, joined with the firm of Kuritsky, Giasullo & Messina. The new firm delivers the sophistication and expertise found in large institutional law firms, with cost effectiveness and a focus on direct client contact that can only be achieved in a small firm setting. The practice ranges from large and complex matters (e.g., multi-million dollar litigations and estates), to the representation of individuals in everyday situations. The New Jersey Law Journal heralded the formation of the firm as its lead story in February 1999, which noted how the extensive expertise and experience of all the firm's attorneys created a unique structure for the firm. Members of our firm received their legal training at New Jersey's largest and most respected firms. Our founding members include the former department heads of Hannoch Weisman's litigation, real estate, and trusts and estates departments. Each has between 22 and 44 years of experience in specialized areas of the law. The cornerstone of the firm is a total commitment to legal work of the highest quality. Our practice is extremely diverse. It includes commercial litigation, corporate law, commercial transactions, and business counseling, estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, creditor's rights, health and hospital law, medical malpractice, personal injury, antitrust, family law and tax. All matters receive the same level of commitment, attention and expertise.
