Mr. McCormick graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2000. While at Seton Hall, he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and served a judicial internship with the Honorable John W. Bissell of the United District Court for the District of New Jersey. Following a clerkship in Superior Court of New Jersey, Mr. McCormick joined the firm where he has handled all aspects of civil litigation through discovery, trial and appeal.
