Environmental and Regulatory, including litigation and administrative hearings, environmental compliance and enforcement including Land Use Development, permitting representation of public agencies involved in waste disposal and transporting of waste; Environmental Joint Insurance Fund defense; Joint Health and Property/Casualty Insurance Funds, Health Law compliance and enforcement defense, Cable T.V. and Telecommunications and Design Professionals. Commercial and Tort Litigation, including practice before all state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, state and federal Appellate matters; Chancery proceedings including complex shareholder and partnership disputes.
