The firm was founded in 1974 by the association of Gardner Jolley and William Urga. They were joined by Roger Wirth in 1977 and Bruce Woodbury in 1984. Gardner Jolley served as president of the Nevada State Bar in 1985-1986 and William Urga recently completed service as a six-year member of the Nevada Gaming Commission. Bruce Woodbury was recently re-elected to his sixteenth year as a Clark County Commissioner. Roger Wirth served as the Nevada State Bar Chairman of the Practice, Procedure and Legislature Committee and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section and the Family Law Executive Council.
