Founded by Mr. Bongiovi in 1996 after leaving his litigation practice, Bongiovi Dispute Resolutions (BDR) provides mediation and arbitration services for all types of cases and disputes and is widely recognized as providing a satisfying and extremely successful alternative to litigation for parties from Nevada and surrounding states. Clients include attorneys, insurers and self-insured entities from inside and outside Nevada.
Mr. Bongiovi is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. He carries the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell and is also listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
