I caution anyone considering using this provider for legal representation. Randy had dragged his feet with my case and after a year no resolution on both ends what so ever! I want a refund Randy what poor service!

I agree, I caution anyone who doesn't have an "easy" case to avoid this lawyer. My divorce was complicated and I told him up front that I needed an aggressive attorney. Not only was he extremely passive, and could not follow the details of the case, but I lost the majority of my assets because of it.

Hired Attorney

He was my first lawyer in my divorce in 1989, and I'm STILL paying for his mistakes! He let my ex get away with kidnapping our daughter and taking her out of state, and never did a thing about it. I think he was working for HER (read the documents). He actually wrote one that said that -I- couldn't take her out of state!! Now I'm back in court THIRTY YEARS LATER because she wants more $$$. Let Randy pay it! That's what I'm doing now, trying to FIND HIM. So I can sue him ... AGAIN!
