Attorney Robert D. Curran, a former Municipal Court Judge, has been practicing law since 1987, with a clear focus on advocating for personal injury victims and wrongful death survivors. He is a Faculty member of the presitigious Keenan Trial Institute, teaching other trial lawyers how to practice. Rob has handled thousands of claims and cases, achieving favorable outcomes for many satisfied clients through aggressive settlement negotiations and trial verdicts. This gives him extensive insight and how best to present claims as well as how to litigate effectively so as to obtain fair recoveries and compensation for our clients. Curran Law Firm also represents workers in a variety of employment-related matters, including class actions, wage theft and illegal discrimination cases (including discrimination based on sex, race, age, religion, disability or other illegal classification). We do NOT represent employers. At Curran Law Firm in Springfield, Missouri, our strengths include a commitment to very thorough, knowledgeable investigation and prosecution. We are well-equipped to handle your case in a skilled, competent and thorough manner. In many types of cases, Mr. Curran provides free consultations and serves clients on a contingency basis — which means you will not owe any attorney's fee unless we are successful on your behalf. Reviews for Robert
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Rob was the best lawyer I could have asked for. I was in an awful motorcycle accident and Rob was able to work with me and the insurance to make sure I got everything I deserved. I would recommend Curran Law Firm for anything, from giving great advice to giving explanations on what he's doing for you, so you aren't guessing as to what's going on. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would. Thank you again, Rob.
I contacted Mr. Curran regarding filing a name of charge order, which I needed guidance on due to not being a US citizen and being unable to change my name in my passport and immigration documents. Mr. Currant got back to me very promptly, explained what the process would be like and how much the court fees would be, as well as the possible complications a name change under my circumstances could cause. Everything moved faster than I expected, I felt like I knew exactly what I was walking into when we got to the court thanks to Mr. Curran, and the same applied to paperwork following the name change order being approved. Aside from his assistant with the law related practicalities, Mr. Curran also helped me tie my tie before going into court, which I think shows how caring he is.
Working with this attorney was my first experience personally dealing with an attorney in this capacity, and it was AMAZING. This guy and his team listened to us intently, he communicated with us freely and didn't hide behind "office hours" and did great at explaining everything in such a way that the average person could understand what was happening and why. And to top it all off we won, and the victory we experianced was delightfully delicious.
