(Main Office) Dorr & Baird, P.C. was founded in 1983 by Ron Baird. John Lightner joined the firm in 1984 after completing a two-year federal district court clerkship. Mark Millsap has been in private practice since 1985 and came to the firm in 1992. In 1996, the firm name was changed to Baird, Lightner & Millsap, P.C. In 2006, M.
