Watson & Jones, P.A. is a general practice law firm located in Jackson, Mississippi. The firm's five attorneys, with backgrounds ranging from sole practitioner to large firm partner, share a commitment to the idea that bigger is not necessarily better; that a relatively small group of talented and experienced lawyers can provide sophisticated clients with a superior level of service and legal expertise on par with that available from much larger firms.

While our practice is as varied as our clients' needs, our primary emphasis is on complex commercial and insurance defense litigation and business transactions. Our litigators handle a wide variety of trial work in all state and federal courts in the State of Mississippi. Our business lawyers, in addition to serving as general counsel to one of Mississippi's largest privately held companies, have represented our clients in a wide variety of complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States.
