    In re: Mississippi Phosphates Corporation, et al., United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 14-51667. Represented the debtor, a large fertilizer manufacturer in its Chapter 11 case.
    In re: Natchez Regional Medical Center, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 14-01048. Represented the debtor in connection with its Chapter 9 Bankruptcy proceeding, which included the sale of hospital through a confirmed Chapter 9 plan of adjustment.
    In re: Simply Wheelz LLC, d/b/a Advantage Rent-a-Car, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 13-03332-ee. Represented the Debtor, the fourth largest car rental company in the United States, in its Chapter 11 case. Certain assets of the Company are to be sold through a court-supervised 363 sales process. This was the first large chapter 11 case under the new United States Trustee guidelines that was filed outside of Delaware or the Southern District of New York. This case is still pending.
    In re: Pinnacle Restaurant Corporation, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 13-03267-ee. Represented the Debtor in this chapter 11 case of a restaurant company that operates 17 Mazzio's Italian Eateries, 2 Ken's Pizza stores,
    1 Oliveto Italian Bistro in Mississippi
    Texas. This case is still pending.
    In re: Piccadilly Restaurants, LLC, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Case No. 12-51127. Represented the largest trade creditor in this chapter 11 case of a restaurant
    food service company with more than 60 restaurants
    80 food service locations all across the southeast. The confirmation hearing is scheduled for January 2014.
    In re: O&G Leasing, LLC et al., United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 10 01851 ee. Represented Indenture Trustee for Bondholders holding 25,955,000 of Senior Debentures
    7,610,000 of Subordinate Debentures in this chapter 11 case of a company which owns
    operates five oil
    gas drilling rigs. The case has been confirmed, but has not yet been consummated.
