Since 1996, Ms. McCormick has been a sole practitioner and principal of McCormick International, specializing in international business law. She has thirty-two years of international legal experience spanning over forty countries. She specializes in the negotiating and drafting of international commercial contracts, including agency/sales rep agreements, distributorships, joint ventures, sales and service contracts, technology licenses and related agreements. She assists clients with the selection and establishment of entities (subsidiaries, branches, rep offices abroad and in the U.S. She consults on international regulatory issues, such as export controls and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She is also an international arbitrator and mediator.
