Mahoney, Dougherty and Mahoney (MDM) was founded in 1922. The firm has evolved to its present size, occupying its own building and practicing in a five-state area: Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota and Northern Iowa. It provides a full range of services to individuals, insurers and corporations. Its two primary areas of expertise are the defense of civil litigation and business law. The firm's reputation is for its trial experience, representing clients before state, federal and appellate courts. In addition, its attorneys serve as arbitrators and mediators. MDM's attorneys vigorously pursue cases that warrant litigation, and expeditiously resolve cases that should be settled. MDM's general practice attorneys provide individuals and businesses legal representation in all aspects of business. MDM uses the latest technological advances to bring enhanced productivity and cost-benefit approaches to client matters.
