For 16 years, Joseph A. Field, Esq. has practiced in the Twin Cities area, particularly with an emphasis on Family Law. In 1998, Mr. Field commenced his practice in Anoka, Minnesota. Mr. Field is an aggressive advocate for the rights of non-custodial parents, particularly with regards to burdensome child support obligations. Presently Mr. Field is completing a "how to" book for non-custodial parents on what they should consider when proceeding to lower their child support obligations, both under the present law and the newly enacted legislation.
