Hooper Hathaway lawyers have actively litigated on behalf of Michigan and out-of-state clients in the state and federal courts of more than 40 states. They have an extensive appellate practice, including experience in the intermediate and highest appellate courts of many states and of the United States. Individual attorneys at Hooper Hathaway also specialize in estate planning, domestic relations, criminal defense, real estate development, and other specialty areas.
