Helping clients nominated as the legal representative of an estate to navigate the estate administration, from filing the initial court petition, identifying and protecting assets of the estate, addressing creditor issues, through to the distribution and closing of the estate.
Office is located across from the South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA, just off Rt. 128 and adjacent to the Sheraton Tara Hotel. Office building has ample free parking.
