    In a 2014 pro bono matter, successfully represented petitioner for clemency in Massachusetts, obtaining one of the first pardons in the Commonwealth since 2002.

    environmental investigation by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, ultimately resolved by a civil settlement.
