seize the e-mails of an indicted defendant.
Secured a $1.1 million judgment in favor of a financial services company
related independent broker dealer after a FINRA arbitration hearing, along with the dismissal of all counterclaims seeking several million dollars in damages.
Secured, after a 2 1/2 week jury trial, the complete dismissal of claims of fraud
breach of fiduciary duty against a Boston real estate investment firm

Secured a jury verdict of $1.1 million, after a two-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, on behalf of a national, publicly-traded retailer on claims of breach of non-competition, non-solicitation

Secured the dismissal of a securities fraud class-action complaint brought against the former general counsel of a publicly traded pharmaceutical company in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The dismissal was subsequently affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. See New Jersey Carpenters Pension v. Biogen Idec Inc., 537 F.3d 35 (1st Cir. 2008).
Secured the dismissal of an action brought by a publicly-traded company seeking to enforce a non-competition agreement
enjoin its former COO from continuing to serve as the new CEO of a publicly-traded power technology company.
Conducted an internal investigation for an independent trading technology firm
agency broker after a whistle-blower raised various allegations of fraud, including securities
accounting fraud. The conclusions reached through the investigation were subsequently upheld in litigation brought against the company by the whistle-blower.
