    Obtained summary judgment decision in favor of PHH Mortgage Corporation who had been sued by contractor hired by homeowner to complete a reconstruction of property significantly damaged by fire.
    Obtained summary judgment decision for bank, which had been sued by borrower challenging foreclosure on the basis of a breach of contract resulting from failure to give the borrower a loan modification
    violation of the right to cure statutory requirements.
    Part of the Duane Morris team which, on the eve of trial, obtained a $65 million plus settlement on behalf of Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corp. Tekmira had sued Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc.
    AlCana Technologies, Inc. in the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court alleging that Alnylam
    AlCana misappropriated Tekmira's trade secrets related to gene-silencing therapeutics. In addition to the payments, the settlement also assigns control to Tekmira over its leading systemic RNAi Therapeutics delivery technology,
    brings clarity around the ownership of the intellectual property that protects its lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology.

    King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. et al. v. Actavis Inc., et al., Case No. 07-05041 (D.N.J. - G. Brown). Represented Actavis in ANDA litigation regarding AVINZA, the active ingredient of which is morphine sulfate.
    Part of trial team that contributed to Fortune 250 biotech company's success after a six-week jury trial wherein the client's valuable anemia drug related patents were found valid
    infringed.
    Represented a sales company in obtaining a favorable buyout resulting from a dispute over an exclusive distributor agreement.
